The recipe for this apple snack is super simply and easy! A great pre or post workout snack too.
Ingredients:

1 x apple
Peanut butter
Cacao Nibs
Goji Berries

Method:

Cut the apple vertically from the outer edge towards the centre until the seeds (same for both sides)


Spread a layer of peanut butter on the surface of each apple slice.


Sprinkle Power Super Food Cocoa Nibs and Goji Berries on top or use the Goji Snack Blend!


Refrigerate for 10-20 minutes as it tastes great cold!
