Raw Superblast:Antioxidant Tarts

These are yummy and sooo good for you!
Ingredients:
For the base blend:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup coconut
Handful of almonds
2 tbs Almond, Coconut and Cacao spread
10 medjool dates
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs honey
For the top:
5 medjool dates
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
Handful of frozen raspberries
2 tbs Superblast: Antioxidant
Cacao Crunch or Cacao Nibs
Method:
For the base:
Press into mini muffin tin and place in freezer for 10 minutes.
For the top:
Spoon onto bases and sprinkle with Cacao Crunch or Cacao Nibs.
Let them set in the freezer for 20 min, then they can be stored in either the fridge or freezer.
