Ingredients:
1 large bunch of kale any type
1/2 avocado
2 tsp EV olive oil
1 1/2 lemon, squeezed
Massage thoroughly until Kale begins to wilt to one third it's volume (at least 2 full minutes!)
Add:
1/2 tsp Peruvian Pink Salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp wakame flakes & stir again
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp of pinenuts (& optional dukka)
