Sprinkle a few teaspoons of this Fibre Boost over salad, grains, cooked vegetables, popcorn, etc.
This recipe will give you a boost of iron, calcium, amino acids and protein, as well as a much more nutritious way to lightly salt your food.
Method:
Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a warm pan, stirring constantly. Be sure not to burn.
Lightly toast the salt, pepitas and flax until there is no moisture at all.
Combine all ingredients in mortar and pestle or spice grinder and lightly grind.
This recipe can be put together raw (with no toasting) and is also very tasty!
