Raw Almond, Cucumber, Tomato, Capsicum & Pomegranate Salad with Seaweed & Sesame Seeds

Ingredients:
– choose organic if possible.
2 large or 4 small Lebanese Cucumbers
3 medium Red Capsicums
4 medium ripe Tomatoes
1/2 a cup of fresh Pomegranate Seeds
1/4 cup of roughly chopped raw Almonds
1 tbsp of hulled Sesame Seeds
1 tablespoon of Power Super Foods Dulse Flakes
Dressing
1 tbsp of cold-pressed olive oil
1 tsp of coconut syrup the juice of one small lemon
1/2 tsp of Peruvian Pink Salt
Black Pepper to taste.
Method:
Wash well and chop up all the vegetables and combine well with dressing and serve.
