Ingredients:
1 cup of Quinoa Flakes
3 cups of quick oats
1 cup of spelt flour
3 tablespoons of raw
Cacao Powder
1/2 tsp of Ginger Powder
Pinch of
Peruvian Pink Salt
2 Tablespoons of mixed dried
Goji Berries & Blueberries
1/3 cup of
Sustainably Sweet Coconut Sugar or Maple Syrup
3/4 a cup of melted Raw Coconut Oil
1/4 a cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of soy or almond milk
Method:
Preheat Oven to 150 degrees.
In a stainless steel bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. In a smaller bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients. Combine the two with a spoon, then knead a little in bowl using your hands.
Take a heaped tablespoon of the dough and form into ping pong sized balls with your hands and pop them on a baking tray lined with eco-friendly baking paper.
Bake for 20-30 mins and them let them cool on a wire rack and store in an air-tight container.
