Strawberry & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

Smoothie


- 2 tbsp Booster Blends Immunity Powder


- 1 punnet / 250g of fresh strawberries, stems removed


- 2 small (or 1 ½ large) bananas, peeled and broken into pieces


- 1 tbsp coconut cream TO TOP


- 5 strawberries, stems removed and sliced


- ½ banana, sliced


- 1 tbsp chia seeds


- A pinch of coconut flakes

Method:

METHOD


1. In a blender, blend the strawberries, banana, coconut cream, Immunity powder and a splash of water until smooth (try using frozen bananas on hot days for a nice-cream).


2. Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl and top with extra strawberries, bananas, chia seeds and coconut flakes (or your favourite toppings – we love nuts, seeds and cacao nibs, too!).


3. Serve immediately.
