1 cup quick or traditional rolled oats2 tbsp Goldenberries1 heaped tbsp raw cacao GOLD1 tbsp ground flaxseed Pinch Peruvian Pink saltPinch ground cinnamon1/2 cup soy milk (or plant milk of choice)1/2 cup spring water1-2 tsp coconut sugar (to taste)
Combine everything in a bowl, stir well and cover with a lid, refrigerate 30 minutes or overnight.
To serve, stir, layer with seasonal fruit, raw cacao nibs and activated buckwheat.
