Caramel Bircher Muesli

Bircher Muesli
- 3 tbsp Booster Blends Digestion Powder
- 2 medjool dates, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt

To Top
- Half a pear, sliced (peaches and figs also work well)
- 3 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted in a dry pan
- 2 tsp honey
1. To make the bircher muesli, combine all of the bircher muesli ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
2. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours (ideally overnight).
3. To serve, uncover the bowl and arrange the toppings, adding the honey just before serving.

TIP – in the cooler months, add an extra ¼ cup of almond milk and microwave in the morning for a quick caramel porridge!
