Back 2 Earth is a raw, plant-based organic farm stay and health retreat.  We offer a float tank experiencemassage therapy, psychotherapy, animal therapy and  RAW vegan cuisine

Many of our animals are rescued and they are all hand-raised and very much loved.  Our basic principles are kindness, compassion, inclusion, sustainability, environmental awareness, zero waste policy and self-sufficiency.

Continuing our philosophy, guests can purchase a seasonal box of organic fruit and veggies from the Back 2 Earth organic fruit and veggie co-op, as a way of extending their visit.

Many guests come here to escape urban life, meet and greet our hand raised farm animals, enjoy raw vegan cuisine, relax, pick their own organic veggies, stroll through our fruit forest. They leave knowing a bit more about sustainable living and organic gardening.

Marc is a Chef and Massage Therapist and runs massage and raw food workshops at Back 2 Earth. We also run detox and rejuvenate your mind, body and relationship packages. All our workshops are tailor-made and exclusive.

We use Back 2 Earth as a venue for people to hold their own retreats, workshops and conferences.

We offer accommodation for up to 13 people in 3 different farm stays.  

Both Marc and myself have had serious health issues and eating a predominantly RAW, plant-based diet and incorporating many SUPERFOODS each day has been very healing.



Back 2 Earth is the result of years of us DREAMING, planning and risking everything to make it happen – it’s about work/life BALANCE, working as a team, combining our healing skills, integrating physical touch with deep EMOTIONAL connection, being surrounded by nature and beauty, reconnecting with the earth and animals, and about healthy eating and living.

Here are some of our favourite Superfood recipes:

These are our delicious, minty superfood slices.

They are made with seven different superfoods. We pretty much have one every day.

We owe our improved health to being predominantly on a supercharged, raw eating plan.


Minty Superfood Slice 

Ingredients (blend)

· 2 cups goji berries
· 2 Tbls hemp
· 2 Tbls maca powder
· 2 Tbls sweetener of choice
(I use honey as it is another superfood or try coconut sugar)

· 2 Tbls melted coconut oil
· 1/4 cup coconut flakes
· 1 inch of filleted aloe Vera (optional)
· 1/4 cup cacao nibs



· Blend all the ingredients
· Add some food grade mint drops for flavour
· Spread on a baking sheet
· Score and top with chia seeds.
· Freeze, separate, freeze again until ready to eat.




Back 2 Earth Raw Muesli



First mix the following by hand (really well)

2 C activated buckwheat
1 C sunflower seeds
1 C pepetas
1 C goji berries
3 C coconut flakes
1 C cacao nibs
1 C maca powder
2 C mulberries
1 bunch chopped kale leaves
½ C orange zest (optional)

Then add:
15-18 diced dates
15-18 diced figs
2 C dried, shredded apple
1 C dried, diced apricots
1 C dried, diced guava (optional)
1 C dried sultanas (optional)
Any chopped and dried seasonal fruit
4 Tbls cinnamon (optional)
1 Tbls vanilla powder (optional)

Mix well again. .

Then add:

  • · 2 cups cocoa powder and mix really well until everything is coated.

Then add

  • · 1 cup honey/agave/maple syrup or sweetener (optional)

Finish with

  • · 3/4 cup Cocoa butter &
  • · 1/4 cup coconut oil melted together.


  • Pour over muesli and mix really well so all is coated. Leave for five minutes and mix again.
  • This recipe is Wheat/gluten free, dairy free, Sulphur dioxide free (use only organic fruit and kale), vegan option use agave/rice syrup/malt or any other organic sweetener.
  • Mix/match or add ingredients that you like…… Enjoy
  • Transfer to dehydration sheets about 6 – 9 sheets and dehydrate for 4-5 days until completely dried, at 35 degrees (mix occasionally).
