Vanilla Cream Chocolate Truffle Cups

VEGAN
VEGETARIAN
GLUTEN FREE
GRAIN FREE
REFINED SUGAR FREE

Ingredients:

Chocolate Shell


1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2½ tbsp melted cacao butter
2 Tbsp coconut sugar


Vanilla Cream Center


1 cup coconut cream
2 Tbsp coconut sugar
½ tsp of vanilla bean cream
3 Tbsp melted coconut oil

Method:
Combine chocolate ingredients in a blender or food processor, and pour into mini paper cups.
Blend vanilla filling ingredients, and use a melon baller to drop scoops into the chocolate in the cups.
Pour chocolate filling to cover the vanilla ball, and set the cups in the refrigerator or freeze for an hour.
Serve whole, or slice.
If you intend to slice, warm the knife in boiling water first to prevent breakage.
