Salted Caramel

VEGETARIAN
GLUTEN FREE
Ingredients:

80 g butter, unsalted
130 g double cream
50 g Coconut Sugar
50 g caster sugar
50 g honey
Seeds of 1 Vanilla pod
1 tsp Peruvian Pink Salt

Method:
Combine all in saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes or until consistency is achieved.
