Cacao Maca Pancakes & Salted Peanut Butter Toffee Sauce

DAIRY FREE

(Serves 1-2)
Ingredients:

Pancakes


1/2 cup flour (I use half buckwheat, 1/2 oat)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp PSF Maca Powder
1 Tbsp PSF Coconut Sugar
2 Tbsp PSF Cacao Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Pinch of Peruvian Pink Salt


Sauce


1 Tbsp Peanut Flour (or Peanut Butter)
1/4 tsp Pink Peruvian Salt
1 Tbsp Rice Malt or Maple Syrup
Almond Milk to consistency


Toppings


chopped banana
crushed pistachios
PSF Cacao Crunch

Method:

Pancakes


Blend until smooth
Cook in a frypan in some coconut oil


Sauce


Mix in a cup until smooth


Pour over pancakes


Top cooked pancakes with chopped banana, crushed pistachios and PSF Cacao Crunch
