Cherry & Vanilla Protein Panna Cotta

VEGETARIAN
GLUTEN FREE
DAIRY FREE

(Serves 2-4)
Ingredients:

Cherry Panna Cotta


1 & 1/2 cup frozen cherries
100ml coconut water
1 tsp Maqui powder
2 Tbsp granulated stevia
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 rounded tsp Agar Agar powder


Vanilla Protein Panna Cotta


200ml coconut cream
200ml coconut water
1 rounded tsp Agar Agar powder
2 Tbsp granulated stevia
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method:
Cherry Panna Cotta

Blend all ingredients except Agar until smooth
Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium stirring occasionally for 2 mins
Turn down to low and sprinkle in the Agar whilst stirring. Keep stirring for one minute

Vanilla Protein Panna Cotta

Blend all ingredients except Agar Agar in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium high. Add Agar Agar and stir continuously for a minute or so until thickened slightly.

Alternate spooning in your order of choice into two prepared ramekins sprayed with coconut oil. You'll have more vanilla mixture than cherry.
Allow to set in the fridge for an hour or overnight.
Top with fruit of choice prior to serving.
