Choc-Chia Brownie

Makes 12 squares
Ingredients:

-2 eggs (or egg substitute)


-1/2 cup Cacao Powder


-1/2 cup Sustainably Sweet Coconut Palm Sugar


-1 tbsp coconut nectar


-2 tbsp Chia Seeds


-1 cup gluten-free plain/all purpose flour


-1/4 cup raw Cacao Nibs


-1/4 cup milk (or milk substitute)

Method:
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl & mix in remaining ingredients, excepts cacao nibs, stirring well.
Pour out in a 15cm shallow flan dish & sprinkle cacao nibs on top.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cracks appear on the top, which indicates it is ready.
Cool & cut into 12 squares.
