Quick Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:
½ cup of Chia Seeds
1½ cups of cashew or almond milk
1/4 cup berries
Green leaf stevia to taste
½ tsp of vanilla powder
pinch of Peruvian Pink Gourmet Salt
Method:
Place all ingredients in a bowl & stir.
Divide in to bowls or glasses & store in the fridge.
You will need to allow the chia to absorb the liquid (it will take on a glutenous consistency).
