Salted Caramel Thickshake

VEGAN
DAIRY FREE
GLUTEN FREE
PALEO
Ingredients:
THICK SHAKE
- ½ cup Booster Blends Digestion Powder
- 1 small banana, roughly chopped
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp almond meal
- ½ cup coconut yoghurt
- ½ tsp sea salt

SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE
- 2 tbsp Booster Blends Digestion Powder
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- ¼ tsp sea salt

TO SERVE
- ½ cup fresh popcorn
- ½ tsp Booster Blend Digestion Powder
- Soy vanilla ice cream (or frozen Greek yoghurt)
- Extra sea salt
Method:
1. To make the thick shake, combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. To make the caramel sauce, mix the maple syrup and digestion powder in a ramekin or small bowl until a thick paste is formed. Add the sea salt and taste, adding more if desired.
3. To serve, pour the thick shake into a tall glass and add a scoop of soy ice cream.
4. Top with popcorn, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with extra sea salt and digestion powder. Enjoy immediately!
