Chia Acai Smoothie

Ingredients:

First layer
1 frozen banana, chopped
1 tbsp Power Super Foods Organic Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Power Super Foods Cacao Powder
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
Enough almond milk to make the consistency you like

Second layer
1 frozen banana, chopped
1 tbsp Power Super Foods Organic Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Power Super Foods Maqui Powder
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
Enough almond milk to make the consistency you like

Third layer
1 frozen banana, chopped
1 tbsp Power Super Foods Organic Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Power Super Foods Acai Powder
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
Enough almond milk to make the consistency you like

To serve
Coconut yoghurt
Shredded coconut
Fresh fruit
Method:
Method
1. Blend first layer smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Split smoothie mixture into three tall glasses.
2. Blend second layer smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Split smoothie mixture into the three tall glasses, layering over the first layer smoothie ingredients.
3. Blend third layer smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Split smoothie mixture into the three tall glasses, layering over the second layer smoothie ingredients.
4. Finish by topping each smoothie with coconut yoghurt, shredded coconut and fresh fruit.
