Citrus Salmon

Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets of your choice
juice of 1 lemon
1 small bunch of dill
coconut oil
Peruvian Pink Gourmet Salt & pepper to season
Method:
In a baking tray, place salmon fillets side by side. Drizzle oil and lemon over fillets and arrange dill over the top.

Place in a moderate oven (180 degrees celcius) for 20 minutes or until just cooked. Serve with a side of greens.
