Brownie Breakfast Mousse

DAIRY FREE
Ingredients:

400ml can organic coconut cream.
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
2 tbsp maca powder
2 tbsp coconut nectar or rice malt syrup
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 handful of walnuts (optional)
1 tsp vanilla essence
cacao nibs, to sprinkle over the top
Strawberries to dip (if that’s what you’re into)

Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients together until well combined and smooth. Pour into 4-6 serving glasses. Sprinkle with cacao nibs if you like.
2. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
3. Serve with strawberries to dip.
